Louise runs private classes allowing an individual or a couple to experience a yoga practice on a personal level rather than in a class situation. Students receiving this level of attention progress much faster as their practice is tailored to their individual needs.

What to do

Please ring/text Louise on 07825 528 898 or email yoga@louisepercy.com before attending your first class, informing her of any medical conditions or injuries you may have. If you are seeing a doctor regularly for a medical condition, please ask his/her advice first.

  • What to expect in Class

    Sequences of asanas (postures) will include standing, sitting, twisting, back bending and inverted poses.

    The basic postures build strength and stamina; improve muscle tone, flexibility and alignment and therefore relax the mind and body.

  • What Shall I Wear?

    Wear something that is comfortable and that you can move easily in. It is advisable for you to wear leggings or shorts and a t-shirt. We work in bare feet. It is always comforting to have extra clothes to put on for savasana (relaxation) at the end of class.
